This past July, I was invited to a BBQ and my friend asked me to bring a side. Not only did I oblige with a wonderful baked macaroni and cheese, I just HAD to try my new recipe for Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing. Here are the results from start to finish. They were both amazing!

I had my first dinner party on July 3rd of this year. I made chicken cacciatore in my slow cooker, parmesan rolls and green salad. However, the showstopper were my Fourth of July cupcakes. I made devils food cupcakes with a cream cheese icing and I decorated them with strawberries and blueberries for a patriotic look. Here are the results.
